We use a special indoor potty system made with pet-safe artificial turf, designed specifically for dog facilities.

The system includes:

Soft turf grass that feels natural for dogs

A drainage underneath that allows liquids to flow through

Floor drains that carry waste away

Daily disinfectant and sanitation

When dogs potty, liquids drain through the turf and into the drainage system, preventing puddles of lingering moisture.

This keeps the potty area dry, clean, and comfortable for every pup.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us.

Our turf system is cleaned using a multi-step sanitation routine:

1. Solid waste is removed immediately

2. The turf is rinsed and flushed through the drainage system

3. We disinfect with professional pet-safe disinfectant

4. The area dry's before being used again This process helps eliminate odor, bacteria, and germs while keeping the turf fresh.

Most dogs instinctively recognize turf as a place to potty.

If a pup is unsure at first, our staff gently guide them to the potty area during regular potty breaks, until they learn the routine.

Most dogs catch on very quickly.

-One recommendation we do have is to make sure your dog uses the restroom outdoors before arriving, if you feel they may have a hard time adjusting to the new setting.

Canine Influenza (Dog flu) vaccine for dogs that protects dogs against contagious respiratory infections caused by H3N8 and H3N2 strains.

Leptospirosis ("Lepto") vaccine for dogs is a highly recommended non-core vaccine that protects against Leptospira bacteria, which cause severe liver and kidney damage. The bacteria is spread through the urine of infected wildlife and found in water/soil. It is zoonotic, meaning it can spread to humans.

Vaccinations must be current before attending daycare.

This helps prevent overstimulation, and keep everyone happy. To provide a more stable environment for this, the office/lobby will be closed from 12pm-2pm daily Pups will still be monitored by staff.

Most dogs are actually pretty tired after a full day of play and social time, so they settle in and sleep well overnight. We make sure every pup is comfortable and relaxed before bedtime so they can rest peacefully.

It’s common for some dogs to eat a little less their first stay because they’re excited or in a new environment. Most settle into their normal routine very quickly.
